📆 Booking Process

1. **Inquiry:** Submit your event details via our website or message.

2. **Proposal:** We'll send a customized proposal including services, pricing, and add-ons.

3. **Contract + Deposit:** A signed contract and 50% non-refundable retainer are required to secure your date.

4. **Final Details:** Remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. We’ll confirm final counts, colors, and delivery details.

🛋️ Client Expectations

* Please ensure venue access and table placement are ready before setup time.

* We require a shaded or indoor area for all balloon installations to prevent heat damage.

* Treat tables must be placed indoors or in a cool area for food safety.

* Any major changes must be made at least 10 days before your event.

* Setup time averages 1.5–3 hours depending on the scope of your event.
